How does it work?

Guide
Your employee is guided through the assembly process step-by-step via the touch monitor. For each component, the assistance system indicates where it should be installed.
Verify
Once the component has been placed, the Smart Klaus will check this immediately to ensure the correct part has been installed correctly. The inspection takes place within a few seconds. Characteristics such as position, colour, contour or dimensions (depending on the article) are verified.
Confirm
After the verification, the assistance system gives feedback in real time. If your employee has completed all the steps correctly, the system confirms with a motivating smiley face. If a mistake has been made, the system automatically gives an audio-visual signal. The employee corrects the error and only then can the process continue.
Document
If required, all test results can be documented. The result is complete traceability, which serves as a 100% proof of quality.
